Gen Y is also known as Millennials or Echo Boomers who include more than 70 million Americans born between 1977 – 2002. A narrower definition of a Gen Yer is anyone from 16 to 27 years of age. This view is based upon the thinking that as society accelerates, the generation time frame shortens.
Effect on Workforce
